Afrihost unacceptable service and billing problems

@Afrihost service and support are just plain simple horrible, unacceptable for a service provider. It starts with advertising products which they don't have stock of – when you eventually receive the item weeks later – so much for a 2 to 3 day delivery.

Through the whole process, if you call someone, you highly likely to talk to an agent that just tries to get rid of you and is not helpful. I was lucky and twice of the six times, I got through to someone who could assist.

By this time, I was over it I can't work with this company. I went through the process to cancel my order, a day after receiving it and it took 5 days to get this canceled as no one is willing to help and tell a different story. It's been more than 20 days since I have canceled my product and they still haven't collected the device and they seem to like take your money but not want to give anything back.

O wait, let's mention their Billing system is completely incorrect and no one can explain to me how it calculated the amount they deducted. But wait 2 months later they still want to deduct for this service even though I'm not a client of theirs anymore.

I would never recommend them to anyone.
