Afrihost - Unacceptable disgusting service

I have had a request to move my fiber line to our new place since the 16 March 2022 and the service has been disgusting. They never seem to get it sorted and there is always another excuse why it is not working. Yesterday they closed the ticket, yet I still have no internet access - now they making it Link Layers issue. If I connect straight onto the ONT with a network cable the link works - the minute I put in Afrihost router with Wi-Fi connectivity, there is no internet break out. Whose problem is this??? Unacceptable disgusting service
