Afrihost & TT connect, Poor Service

I signed up with Afrihost as my service provider and TT connect for the installation, on the 21st of June 2018 i was called that a survey would be done to mark me for installation, i was then invoiced for over R3000, i spent the entire day of the 22nd using my airtime and data communicating between Afrihost and TT connect to resolve this matter as my package is meant to included installation, eventually that was sorted out and i was told on Saturday the 23rd they will come install at 9am, its now 10:30 and still no show, the service i have received from the get go has been nothing but ********** and the fact that i the customer had to communicate between the two parties that are meant to be working hand in hand to provide me it less than disgusting.

I am now sitting waiting for TT connect to arrive and to be dead honest, judging from the service i have been given thus far, i don't think they will even show up.

Absolutely disgusting!
