Afrihost trying to ***** my money

On 11 May 2020 connected to Afrihost Website to get fibre connection. We completed online application, while doing so, noticed the installation fee. We send them a whatsapp, without completing our application, regarding installation fee. We struggled to get answers from anyone who responded, as they could not understand the fact that we already have fibre installed, we are only looking for an ISP activation. They even asked us to confirm our bank details, which we did NOT do, as we did not plan on going with Afrihost, if they would charge us installation fee. On the 13th of May, they debited my bank account with the monthly fee as well as the installation fee, after we told them they don’t need to do installation, after we NEVER completed our application, and after we never confirmed our banking details. In other words, they tried to ***** my money, as I have NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING form that at that stage. Now, until the 23rd of May, they send me whatsapps en SMS s to inform me that my account is in arrears.
