Afrihost treats a person like you are an idiot and the service is not so good!

Every month, on the 1st, from 00h30 till after 01h00, I battle to get internet. I am on uncapped Fibre, but it seems I'm being treated as if I'm on Capped. This is unacceptable!' When you contact Afrihost and complain, you get treated like an idiot wo does not know what he is talking about. Afrihost must WAKE UP or they will start loosing subscribers!
