AFRIHOST TO DO UTILISE THEIR SERVICE

I had a new line installed mid-January, The download speed should be 400 and upload 200 To date I have never experienced those speeds.

I have been billed for those speeds, I have logged numerous calls, installation team came out, one blaming the other one

To date, my speed is 18 uploads and 15 downloads, and still no word from Afrihost, after identifying the problem is not the installation department

I have spent hours testing the line with the helpdesk

I work from home and have lost so many working hours

THE HELPDESK TEAM IS ARROGANT AND NOT CUSTOMER FOCUS
