Afrihost - time to find a better hosting/data/fibre company :(

Afrihost has been unable to repair a home-fibre line since August 2017. I have sent uncountable emails and requests to resolve this issue of a system that turns off completely several times a day. The latest email from Banele. M at afrihost explains that I am now being throttled for over usage and must upgrade to a better service. Regrettably, I will probably not purchasing any further services from this business. I have been a cheerleader for this business for over 10 years and regret the business I have sent their way over the years.
