Afrihost throtteling and 1980's dialup speeds

<p>So every single month we have to phone Afrihost and try and get our line to work. Its fine up until a point then we get speeds like 0.08meg per second when I run speedtest.net (cant even stream a youtube video on lowest quality for example). I run my busines from home and I need a steady internet connection. Thats why I pay for a 4 meg line with 100gig cap. I have 600gig that I havnt used so they cant even say I am using too much cap? Why do I have to spend my airtime every single month just to try and force a service out of them that I am paying for?? So today my wife spoke to one of the employees as our internet was once again as slow as when the internet was invented and the guy said that our line is being throttled. I dont understand this because when we took this specific option it was because it was not throttled. My wife even has an email we found now that states in writing that out line is not throttled!? So, if there is nothing wrong with the money I pay them why is there a problem with the service Im receiving. Ive really had it with trying to sort out this issue. Can anyone help?</p>
