Afrihost thinks 0 Sync is normal - No problems there

<p>I've been begging Afrihost for support. I can not ask even Telkom for help since I pay them to manage my line. But as per Afrihost 0 Sync and 0 SNR is okay and they refuse to respond to my requests. They just flat out ignore me. At this moment Telkom seems like a better service provider. How can you be worse than them? HOW?!</p>
