Afrihost ******* and **********

Afrihost.com has joined the ******* list in South Africa. Cancelled my fixed LTE, got a message to say that the cancellation date was for the 01/03/2022. Nowhere did they inform me to use up the remaining data that had been bought and paid for. Otherwise I would have used the data. On contacting Afrihost.com, I get informed that it is not their problem, as a pop up would have informed me of this. After replying that there was no pop up, I was told that it was not their problem, and I would not be getting a refund and I can do what I like. Well Done Afrihost.com, Theft and *****. You should be very proud.
