Afrihost *******

Afrihost sold me a fibre line with free installation and the day before the installation they advise that they've made a mistake and they are sorry but they will not give my money back. The agent and supervisor kept sending messages of apologies but refuses to give my money back for the month that I paid, there is installation, so they are keeping 1430.00 and saying sorry. I have all the screenshots and emails from the agent and team leader. At 19:00 my chat was ended without warning and then they went offline, so basically closed.
