Afrihost, Theives!!! Keep debiting my account without providing a service

I have received the most appalling service from Afrihost. I ordered a fiber line a month ago and to date it has not been installed, I have been charged an installation fee twice (mind you they confirmed that there was no fee for Metro fiber and that the first debit would be refunded but instead they debited me again) following that mess they have also charged me a service fee. I have called, emailed, messaged them and their CEO on LinkeIn, messaged on Twitter where Sinazo just said she will log a call after I asked to be contacted. I don't even want their service anymore, I just the money they've ****** from me bac****!!! This is ridiculous and Afrihost should be ashamed!!!
