Afrihost Theft

I have moved house and informed Afrihost. I requested my service be relocated. However there is an issue with the line still being active with another ISP, so they cannot relocate my service. But they still charging me for the service. I said I’ll cancel and sign up again when I can access the service. But now I must pay 1 months notice (I get that) AND pay for the router they supp****. So I must pay even more for a service I cannot use. Daylight *******. Not even an offer to pause the subscription until they resolve the issue.
