Afrihost the worst Wifi-Network Provider

Afrihost is one of worst service provider. Over the past 6 months one has experienced a couple of challenges with Afrihost network. I am on a 100Mbps line which is a bit pricey for the service that one experiences.

1. Unstable / intermittent network connection. The Network connects or disconnect at any given time with early warning 2. Slow Network Connection: to download a 2Meg picture from cloud storage it takes about 5minutes. Imagine trying to stream a live video, Network buffers. 3. Complete Network shutdown without warning or communication/updates as to when the network issue will be resolved 4. Terrible customer service. You log a query log for poor service and explain service issues. Your issue is labeled a high priority but only recognized 3 days later 5. Poor Solutioning: one complains about poor/slow network connection and intermittent network connection. The solution from Afrihost is to reboot ones network connection, only to completely cut me off from the network. 6. One complains about the incorrect solution to Afrihost customer support, again customer support is not responsive. 7. Costly : unavailability of WiFi results in additional data costs. 8. i don't foresee the service improving because Afrihost doesn't want to take accountability regarding my complains.

This type of service and experience indicates that Afrihost has not done enough to prepare for the new normal (Covid19 disruptions). The relationship I have with Afrihost has become Toxic because I pay my due premiums on time but Afrihost’s part of the contribution is deteriorating. The premiums increased in Sep 2021 but the service is getting poorer by day.
