Afrihost the worst ISP

I was billed for fibre services by Afrihost and on the 28th of September, today the 19th of October I still don’t have fibre. They do not send any technicians and only assist via a very ineffective WhatsApp service. Today I spent 2 hours getting instructions via WhatsApp without success. Why do I pay for an ISP when they don’t make sure I get the services I pay for. I have missed 2 work meetings today and spent the day on WhatsApp doing what I am lying Afrihost to do. The worst Internet Service provider
