Afrihost The worst fibre service

this is the worst company ever! i ordered fibre which they could not fulfill, i paid for delivery on a device which I never received, they then got back to me and said they do not do business fibre, this is information from one agent, when i cancelled the order another agent advised me that they actually do business fibre, so their agents don’t know what products they sell, i then told the agent i still want to cancel and i want my delivery fee refunded. Lo and behold now they are billing me a further R999 for a device which i have never received and the agent dealing with the matter is unable to resolve it. What an *********** company, bad service, bad everything. Stay away from them. I repeat do not purchase anything through Afrihost. They are the worst of the worst!!!😡😡😡
