Afrihost the worst

Extremely disappointed with afrihost. They the only service provider that keeps on saying the bryanston/randburg outage is not vumatel but individual. It's over 18 hrs and afrihost hasn't listed it as a area wide outage.....whilst almost every isp, inckuding vumatel has. Even after sending proof of vumatel outages and othe risps 8 hrs ago, afrihost refuses to acknowledge it and manage the fibre provider...meaning we have to go to others vs our isp coz our isp sucks

Due to this and moving to a new residence, instead of transfering through afrihost , I've decided to cancel afrihost and loge fo a new isp.

The service is terrible.... not the first time.
