Afrihost the worst

The worst service ever, a non existant customer care team or Manager.

Logged so many tickets for fibre issues and i have stipulated in the tickets the standard troubleshooting i have done, the response you get is always a generic template asking you to do the exact same thing you did before logging the ticket!

You never deal with the same agent in the same ticket, the following agent with ask you the same tech questions clearly having not read the initial query, this happens all the time!

Are these tickets even QA'd at all, clearly not!
