Can I please request feedback on ticket ID: RHW-***7!

Long story short... Moved into a new property, followed all the steps, made payment, awaiting Vumatel to activate my fibre line!!! It's been a month! Everything submitted, cancelation from previous owners, proof of address, etc...

Can this please be resolved!
