afrihost - the pathetic service is and always will be the issue with this place

This started a long time ago when afrihost made horrible mistakes with my account and getting me set up. The latest issue is this month's debit which I paid on 3 dec via their online system. Their accounts dept mails me on the 4th to say the acc is overdue. To add to that bull****, I get charged a R5 fee which I was never charged before! I mail the accounts dept (richard S - because God forbid you use your full name) and he has yet to respond. I go on their facebook to try and sort this. No response. I get an automated mail again today saying I must pay R5 or else they'll cut me off! GARBAGE! NONSENSE! What a pathetic place.
