Afrihost the most useless company in South Africa

I wish I could give them negative stars. They are possibly the worst company in the country to deal with. My Fibre was installed and for over a month ago and is still working. I have been begging them to fix up it. I have called them at least 25 times. Whattsaped them. Sent messages on twitter, linked in and Facebook. I have left 10 messages for managers to call me. No one in the company can give me an answer. But so far I have been billed over R2000. They are the worst of the worst people to deal with. Stay away from them.
