Afrihost the limited service provider !!!!!

What a bunch of unprofessional service providers. 1. All the supervisors are very busy Friday's(doing what????). probably having a beer 2. All the supervisors cannot take any calls due to all the new technology training??? (what new technology on wifi connectivity?) 3. Calls been escalated after given 1.5 months notice before migrating services. 4. Calls are answered by *********** call centre personnel (they have no idea how to read a screen or offer optional advice) 5. Wasting customers time due to incorrect information provided -
