Afrihost ... the host with the least

I'm really sorry to do this because I've been a fan for so long but suddenly their customer service has severely taken a knock ... for TWO weeks I've been requesting assistance with migrating my line to continue using them as my service provider but still nothing. Why is no one answer call or WhatsApp or online chat? How is it possible?
