I have tried to resolve my outage with this ISP by contacting them six times in the last 18 hours. Twice via Whatsapp(yes that's how you have to get assistance), twice via phonecall and twice via Twitter. Their CEO, Gian Visser, didn't even bother to acknowledge my direct message.

Inbound customers are not given an option to speak to a person, you have to wait for a callback- which doesn't happen the same day or you have to Whatsapp them(yes seriously) and while waiting for them to resolve your query the chats are constantly disconnected and you are prompted to start the process again with a new agent.

They don't deserve your business, I urge you to stay away.
