Afrihost, the home of "pure internet joy" NOT!

Shocking inefficiencies, terrible service, endless "please hold we are experiencing an unusually high number of calls" (I have never called their service centers and NOT got this message!) and then held hostage to their administrative "over the barrel" compliance in an attempt to release ones own internet line. Beyond infuriating.

Endless errors in email address changes for logins etc...repeated account freezing as a result. It's like trying to unsubscribe from a timeshare spam site...you just cant get anything done with this company.

Avoid using their services like the plague.
