AFRIHOST TERRIBLY DISGUSTING SERVICE - NOT IMPRESSED
Disgusting service called on Friday for activation of a new service spoke to them Monday and they said they will escalate spoke to call centre Tuesday, waited 9 minutes to speak to a team leader / Manager This is disgusting customer service - rather take your business elsewhere.

You cannot reach a Manager
they are 'not allowed' to give out surnames to customers.
you must wait 5-7 working days for a refund
