Afrihost terrible service. Rather use cool ideas or even Cellc honestly

I am not surprised to see such terrible reviews of Afrihost on this platform. They used to provide a good service but not anymore. I would highly urge those who going to take out a product or service with them to reconsider. There are many better providers Eg cool ideas. My experience with Afrihost has been terrible and they have still not sorted my problem out. Some highlights of my bad service, An agent made me wait on the phone for 2 hours with no resolution, 2 supervisors by the names of Vinay and Thami promised me to solve my challenges and have not even had the decency to contact me back. This is going on since May. Finally they lie a lot and I have caught the out a few times.
