Afrihost Terrible Service Internet does not work

My fiber line is connected via Afrihost and the connection keeps dropping every 10 minutes. I can't use my internet for anything and I work from home. My meetings keep getting disconnected. Every time I call them they tell me to send a video of the issue. They don't want to pay a technician to come have a look at the issue. They keep closing my tickets while the issue is not resolved and on my side I'm frustrated cause I pay an arm and a leg for this "premium" internet. I have been having this issue for 2 weeks straight.
