Afrihost terrible service.

We are appalled at the service received from Afrihost. We have been without internet for a week now. A week where no work was done (as we work from home), bearing in mind that we have a tender due. A week where no online learning could be done (we have a Grade 8 and a Grade 1 students at home). We have been **** to, pushed from pillar to post and still no urgency in restoring our internet. Afrihost blames Telkom and Telkom blames Afrihost and we are sitting in the middle of it all having to deal with incompetence and poor customer service.
