Afrihost terrible service!

The worst fibre provider. I have not had internet for 3 weeks now and no one has solved my issue. Instead I wait two days for someone at retentions to be in contact with me and not solve my problem.

I’ve never had such bad service! Would not recommend. I’m also waiting for a refund that still hasn’t come instead they’re dragging their feet and getting technicians to call me to do the same thing I’ve probably done 10 times with no resolution.
