Afrihost terrible service

I ordered my Fibre on the 26th of February, On there website it says delivery of the router is 1-3 working days I received my router on the 23rd of March (20 working days) .I phoned the head office and got little to no feedback, my line installation was meant to be within 21 working days my line has still not been installed, I have phoned emailed and I have had no response except for " I cannot get hold of the fibre people" this was what I was told by one of the call center agents. The service has been terrible and i would not recommend Afrihost to anyone.
