Afrihost terrible customer service. No response, no internet.

Very bad customer service. My internet has been off since yesterday 5pm, I can't get hold of support. Waiting time for calling is now 38 minutes, I gave up. All other support options are being ignored. I pay and they don't deliver. I need internet to work and they are useless to help me.
