Afrihost terrible customer service

I used to like Afrihost for their great customer service. Sadly, this is no longer the case. I just had one of their support agents putting the phone down on me (14 July 2018, 12.15. I think he identified himself as Siphiso). The supposed quick WhatsApp service is nothing but quick. I have been waiting for someone to respond to my query for over an hour, nothing at the time of this writing. I would have thought that with the steep competition in this space, a company like Afrihost will up their customer support or at least have courteous agents.
