Afrihost terrible client service and feed back

I have been without fibre connection for 5 days now. this is in the Observatory Johannesburg area. It is not just me, there is another lady on our street that has also been without internet for 5 days now. I have loged a call on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday followed up yesterday and was told faults had to be resolved within 24 -48 hours, were now 5 days later. I will obviously have to pay my full monthly fee. Today is Christmas, so I assume no repairs will be done I have no idea when rhe problem will be solved. I am working from home over the holidays and it is extremely important that my connection gets fixed.
