Afrihost terminates services with no assistance

I have been an afrihost subscriber for over 2 years now and have been repeatedly threatened to have my account closed as I only pay my account between the 5th and the 7th, I have phone so many consultants to explain that I am self employed and only receive an income between the 5the and 7th of each month. I received a notice today to say my account will be terminated within 30 days if I so not add credit card details today, I phoned the consultant to explain that even if I update my card details today I will only be able to pay early next week and she has told me that I need to pay double to keep my account in credit! I have always paid my account every month for the last 2 years and with now assistance for a resolution I am just told that my services including my company emails will be terminated and they will not communicate with me any further!
