Afrihost / Telkom LTE Terrible Service!

Think TWICE before getting LTE internet service from Afrihost/Telkom. For the last 2 weeks our home/office internet services has almost collapsed completely. Trying to get a straight answer is impossible! Frustrated to no end! You have to communicate through WhatsApp each time a diff consultant. They escalated issue 3 times, now they've passed the buck and say we must wait another week for Telkom? Oh my word. Our ***-48040. Can't find any Customer Service Email address either.
