My saviors! Not even two three days. Received my router and ups, installation the next day and activation was automatic within 10min thereafter. No calls, no fuss, done! That was after I've been a client at axxcess for almost three years and moved, waited two months, and was threatened to be handed over to attorneys or pay R2000 in penalties... even before delivery or any form of service.
