Afrihost Sweet Talk BUT No action and NO Follow through

10 days no internet. At least 12 requests (email/WhatsApp/Call Back etc) to assist with correcting. Repeatedly they blamed Openserve outage which was a LIE in our area (My immediate neighbour had full service on the same platform) Requests for Call Back do NOT happen. Tickets are simply ignored. In desperation I purchased a new high end router to hopefully resolve the APN issue - my research !!
