Afrihost suspending accounts with no warning

With zero communication from Octotel or Afrihost our account was suspended. It took four days and endless calls for us to hear that this was apparently the issue, but it still has not been resolved. We do not owe any money to Octotel nor have they or Afrihost communicated this to us in any capacity.

I would 100% not recommend them.
