Afrihost Support Very Bad

Afrihost support is very bad. I was holding for a whole 30 minutes then got cut off. The call was initially supposed to be 22 minutes long but turned out to be 30 minutes. There is no assistance on the WhatsApp chat. Really Afrihost this is bad. We haven't internet connectivity for 5 days now. I will be looking for another service provider.
