Afrihost Support Sucks - Whatsapp Claims - Non Existent

Afrihost says that they're the 1st with Whatsapp chat support, but what's the point of being the 1st at something if it doesn't work. I can easily claim that I produced the 1st flying car - oops but it doesn't fly. I am now waiting for 2 hours to be responded to. Is that how long support takes. If that's the case, then it's time I considered a new service provider. Their support lines supposedly runs until 20h00, but when I call after 18h00, they're closed. I suppose one should know when to move on.
