Afrihost support sucks!

I have logged many calls, spoke to many more idiots on the WhatsApp so called help line…. …reset my router totally, gone through the whole reset thing with ZOOM and Afrihost (support) personel, but the Problem persists!!!!!

Although I am running on network cables to my two pc’s and measuring 200/200 on both (so wi-fi has nothing to do with it like the last idiot suggested)….IT STILL LOOSES CONNECTION EVERY COUPLE OF MINUTES!!!!! THAT CAUSES ME TO LOOSE WORK!!!!!!!

MY LTE (backup connection) runs at only 10-20 Mbps up and down and NEVER looses connection like this!!!!
