Afrihost support sucks!

Absolutely shocking service!!

2 days ago my phone data started disappearing, I immediately got hold of your support department to log the problem. It was supposedly sent to "critical care" where apparently it died because I have not had a response yet. I have followed up via every channel available to me but still no answer!!!

The data just started disappearing, all 5gb, then another 3 gig auto topup. I switched data OFF completely, bought 250mb via WiFi and it still disappeared and then over the next day or two...with data still switched off... another 8 gig disappeared that I didn't even have!!??!?!? ***?

And no one seems to think this is a problem worth investigating?
