Afrihost support sucks

Trying to get help to setup a friends email after his laptop was ******. NO WAY to get help accept for a beta version of whatsapp support that we have been unable to access 80% of the time and the one time we got through, they promised a call back that never happened!!! They suck... try hetzner.coza as an alternate service provider... at least you can reach them when you need to...
