Afrihost support seems to have gone missing

Hi there, I've been trying for about a week now to transfer my line to Afrihost, but nobody seems to be manning the Afrihost support center. I've been an Afrihost customer in one form or another for many years, and it's truly sad to see a once excellent and vibrant company slip into disrepair.

That said. In the past I've moved lines to and from Afrihost relatively painlessly and electronically. This time around I received a cryptic e-mail telling me to complete a cancellation form with Telkom. The e-mail contains a link to which it claims is this form, but is in fact instructions from Telkom about hot to cancel services online. There is in fact no way to transfer anything anywhere on the Telkom website. The Telkom staff seemed perplex at my request.

I have the following ticket numbers with you for this issue: GGG- ********** 8, HCU- ********** 4.

Can someone please confirm what, if anything, I need to do to get my line to Afrihost, or alternatively just cancel the transfer?
