Afrihost Support - NON EXISTANT!!!!!

I have been an Afrihost client for years but would like to bring some things to your attention. Service on fibre and hosting has become shocking!!!!! 2 hours I spent yesterday trying to get my fibre line connected. I have a corporate digital migration that was bungled by your team. I am infuriated and frustrated. I am on hold RIGHT NOW!!! AGAIN! Because the woman who called me doesn't even know about the 4 SUPPORT TICKETS and multiple calls I have been on. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
