Afrihost support, ITS A LAUGHING MATTER!

I should've NEVER gone back to afrihost! Theor client service is a laughing matter. That is IF you can get hold of anyone? I have received emails back 3 days after my request, then they want to help. I have been struggling for more than a month now with my lte that keeps going off and the I cannot do ANYTHING, Afrihost's excuse is that its a problem they know about, SO WHY THE HECK ARE THEY NOT FIXING IT THEN??? I am without internet now for the 4th time this week and I've been offlinr now for 2 hours, NO SUPPORT on whatsapp or email or phone support, AFRIHOST YOY ARE A JOKE!! This is not service, please come to my business then you will see what service is....
