Afrihost support is useless!!!!

Support is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend to anyone!!!!

I've tried support 3 times for the SAME problem. My internet becomes unusable and I follow the usual diagnosis from Afrihost but will not escalate. They try the same diagnosis day after day but every odd day I have the same problem.
