Afrihost support is... Oh wait, what support

I have requested the server / billing team to remove extra IP's from my account on the 15Th of February... Still waiting for it.

I also changed my billing details and guess what, it still went of my other account.

Afrihost is fast becoming the most *********** in terms of service I have ever seen. I am getting more joy out of Telkom call centers these days.

I tell them I only want 1 IP address, the others they can take off. Its now the third time a blind Afrihost agent asks me what IP's do I want to keep, and what I want removed
