Afrihost support is a clown show

What a clown show has Afrihost become. Logging a support ticket seems to follow a predetermined path, first response - nothing wrong with your line, followed by three more responses, each giving a variety of reasons and the same advice: switch the router off, connect your computer to the router via cable and the list goes on. There seems to be an army of support staff at Afrihost, seemingly eager to answer a support request in the most meaningless way. I am not impressed. Two stars for keeping the connection up.
